Jill S. Mazurek, M.D.

Dr. Mazurek is from Bloomington, Indiana and is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. She received her doctorate in medicine at Indiana University in 1991. She completed her pediatric residency and was Chief Resident at The Children’s Memorial Hospital Northwestern University. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She has three children.
