We’re happy to announce that we are hosting the Franciscan Health traveling nurse flu shot clinic again this year! Vaccines are thimerosal-free (free of mercury preservatives). No appointments; walk-in only.
Franciscan Immunizations 2025-26 Onsite Vaccination Services
If insurance is being provided by participants at your facility, please note that while we can attempt to bill most insurance companies, we cannot guarantee coverage/eligibility. It is the policy holder’s responsibility to check eligibility for services rendered.
Please provide a photo copy of your ID and insurance card (front and back) to attach to the consent form:

Make sure to complete one copy for each patient. Important note on payment: If self-pay, a $40.00 fee is due at the time of service. Cash/check/credit card accepted.
NOTE: Those with a hospital-based insurance plan may be considered out of network for Franciscan Health. Flu shots received at our clinic are not affiliated with Meridian Pediatrics.
Billing questions should be directed to Franciscan Health. Meridian Pediatrics provides a location only for the flu shot clinic.
